Harmon on Patents is a 1000-page patent law treatise that was published by BNA Books in 2007. The new, 1600-page 9th edition of Patents and the Federal Circuit came out in June of 2009. This book has been published by BNA for over 20 years, beginning with the 1st edition in 1988.
